Among her many accomplishments, she helped develop new heart attack treatment and cancer programs and led the hospital’s $26 million expansion effort. She was also the COO of AdventHealth Winter Garden, located in Florida, where she oversaw construction of their $219 million inpatient tower. Family time and crafting Outside of work, Eulanie enjoys spending time with her husband, Rossyl, and their children, Nathan, 12, and Natalie, 6. She and her family look forward to exploring their new community and making a visit to famous silos owned by Chip and Joanna Gaines. Eulanie enjoys sewing and crafting. “It lets me be creative in a different way,” she says. “There is something unique about the type of healthcare we provide. There is something about being able to care for not just somebody’s physical needs, but also their spiritual, emotional and mental needs that makes what we do stand out from several other places where you could go for care.” Born in the Caribbean Eulanie was born on the Caribbean Island of St. Vincent. At age nine, she moved with her family to the island of Antigua. A member of her church entered Eulanie into a scholarship competition, which she won, allowing her the opportunity to attend Atlantic Union College in Massachusetts. She later transitioned to Andrews University in Michigan, where she earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in accounting. She also holds a Master of Business Administration from Southern Illinois University. In 2007, Eulanie began her career with AdventHealth as a finance intern at AdventHealth Shawnee Mission. She later joined the financial planning department in AdventHealth’s Central Florida Division and went on to hold several finance and leadership roles. Getting to work Among other goals, Eulanie looks forward to partnering with the Mansfield community, continuing Texas Health Mansfield’s track record of growth, and offering new services. She’s also excited to work with an “incredibly special and gifted” team of providers and staff. “They bring pride and a brilliance of energy to work every day,” Eulanie says. “From the moment I walked through the door, I could feel that these were people who were proud to be delivering care. They were proud of the work they were doing and incredibly proud of the outcomes they were achieving as well.” —Eulanie Lashley
